Inspired by
friends and the rural beauty of the countryside and the surrounding
lakes, Chris
moved
to Lake Gaston in
1999 from Charlottesville, VA and quickly realized what
a hidden gem Lake
Gaston is and what an ideal opportunity to make an investment in her
future and her lifestyle.
With a
professional background as a meeting and event consultant, and a
technical knowledge of computing, Chris owned her own business and was
always devoted more to the "people" and service side of business
relations. Considering herself to be less of a sales person, and
more of a coordinator and educator with attention to details and
thoroughness, she made the time and financial commitment to learn the
real estate industry. Chris has since put her talents and years
of expertise to work full time serving her clients in the process of
matching the needs of her clients with the right property... and
coordinating all the details of the selling and buying process.
Chris knows and
loves Lake Gaston for a variety of reasons. To her, owning

a volunteer Director, Committee Chair and Webmaster for the Lake
Gaston Association which serves the entire lake area community.
